you need to do is visit www.paypal.com
and follow the instructions to establish an account on their secure server.
After setting that up, you'll need to select the 'Send Money' option from
the tabs at the top. You'll then see an input box labeled 'Pay to'...
you'll need to use the email address monk@fuse.net. Finish filling out
the form with the information on what item(s) you want, and they'll be
on their way!
